Toronto actor AJ Saudin is an authentic soul. He still marvels at the magic of movie making even after being in front of the lens for over a decade and while most his age are captivated by material items, this young man genuinely understands the importance of being cast as a role model. I got to know AJ while he was still the chubby faced star of the High School drama “Degrassi: The Next Generation” where he plays a young man with Aspergers Syndrome. The empathy that he brings to this role is one that carries over to his real life. The honesty, passion & kindness AJ exudes is one that hits you to your core.
5 years later, he's grown in stature but even more so as a man, he exudes an empathy and calm intensity beyond his age. Quiet by nature, his sincerity is evident in his passing glances. Far from a cornball Disney kid, more so the guy you wish you sister would date. Get to know AJ Saudin...
The Leadertape comes from my passion for storytelling. Painting a picture through the senses to bring forth a vivid connection to the people, places and things that inspire me. My medium has changed from pencil and pad, to paint and canvas to pixel and screen, but the motivation has always been the same; to capture the moment forever. The participants of 'The Leadertape' I believe to be leaders. Leaders of thought, art and culture. My path has crossed with these people at various points in our journey and I want to share with you their stories so that you to can cross paths with theirs.
Moving Pictures. Moving Personalities. The Leadertape.
